IDEAL integrates with factory ERP systems, terminal operations, and Russian Railways’ networks, providing instant visibility of in-transit shipments and resolution of railcar attachment/detachment issues.

Transportation monitoring and tracking

By getting information about the exact time of arrival of cars and tankers at the terminal, as well as the time of discharge, users can accurately evaluate the work of unloading services at the terminal and reduce unreasonable downtime. Additionally, the IDEAL system enables users to access the load at port stations.

Keep records of rolling stock rent and repair

IDEAL consolidates information from individual sources about planned and actual car repairs, availability of components and spare parts, as well as the cost of transportation to the place of car repair and modernisation. Thus, our customers enjoy an opportunity to reduce repair costs, prevent major breakdowns due to planned repairs and forecast a future budget. The module may be integrated with Russian Railways’ or customer’s software suits.

The difference in these indicators characterizes the quality of petroleum product storage in port tanks.
